We would like to hear from you. This site has no contact form and no accounts, so email is the best way to reach us.

Good reasons to write

• You found an error. Tell us the page, what looks wrong and, if you have one, a source. We review reports and correct pages when we confirm a mistake.
• A result looks wrong. Send the inputs you used (spending amounts, rates and fee) and the result you saw. Those numbers are all we need.
• A privacy question or request. See the privacy policy. Write to the address above and tell us what you would like.
• Permission to republish content. Tell us what you want to use and where.
• A suggestion. If a topic or term is unclear, say so, and we will consider a clearer explanation.

What not to send

Please do not email card numbers, account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords. We never need them.

What we cannot do

BizCardCalc is an educational calculator. We are not a card issuer or broker, so we cannot process applications, check the status of an application, change a credit limit, dispute a charge or give personal financial advice. For those, contact your card issuer directly.

Helpful details to include

The more specific the message, the faster we can check it. For an error report, include the page address, the sentence or number you question, and what you expected instead. For a calculator question, tell us the browser and device you used. Messages in English or Spanish are welcome.

Corrections and updates

When a report is confirmed, we fix the page and update the date shown on the page where one is displayed, so that returning visitors can see what changed. Reports about the legal pages, such as the privacy policy or terms, are read with particular care.

Timing

We read every message, but this is a small operation and we cannot promise a specific response time.
