This policy explains what information BizCardCalc (the "site"), operated by Numerlyn LLC, handles when you use it. It is written for a simple site: a calculator and educational articles, with no accounts and no sign-up.

The calculator is JavaScript that runs inside your own browser. The spending amounts, rates and annual fee you type in are used to produce the result on your screen. The site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not contain a form that sends those numbers to us. We have not built the calculator to transmit, save or share the figures you enter. We still ask you not to type anything sensitive into the fields, such as card numbers, account numbers or passwords. The calculator never needs them.
Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page, the hosting and network infrastructure necessarily processes technical details of the request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and browser and device information. This is used to deliver the page, keep the service secure and prevent abuse. We do not control Cloudflare's own logging; see Cloudflare's privacy documentation for how it handles that data.
The calculator and articles do not need cookies to work. Google Analytics 4 (to understand which pages are used) and Google AdSense (to display ads) may be used on this site once they are enabled. As of this update they are not described as active, and when either is turned on this page will be updated to say so. If they are enabled, Google and its partners may set cookies or use similar identifiers and receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. Google explains its practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can manage personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com or through the opt-out tools at aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the calculator will still work.
If you send us an email, we receive your email address, your message and anything you include in it. We use it to reply, to look into a reported error and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep it for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes. Please do not email sensitive financial details.
We do not ask for personal information in the calculator, so there is none to sell. We use service providers to run the site (hosting, and analytics or advertising once enabled), and we may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site and its users.
This site is intended for business owners and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can browse the site and use the calculator without giving us any information. You can control cookies through your browser, and you can ask us what, if anything, we hold about you or ask us to delete an email conversation by writing to the address above.
If our practices change, for example when analytics or advertising is turned on, we will update this page and its date. The current version is always the one on this page.
